The quickest and easiest way to order your medication is through the NHS APP, you can find details of the APP on the right of this page.
In Person
Requests for repeat prescriptions should be in writing. Drop your repeat slip in the designated box in reception having clearly marked the items required.
Dispensary Services
All patients who are registered with the practice for dispensing services can obtain all their prescriptions from the surgery.
Dispensing
Some patients living in outlying areas may have their medicines dispensed by the Surgery. Please ask for details.
Dispensary opening hours:
The Dispensary is open for collections without appointment between 9.30-12.30 and 16.30-17.30.
An alternative collection time may be arranged through Dispensary prior to your visit.

Between the hours of 8am-9am , please discuss with the reception team who may be able to help with urgent requests.
For urgent requests outside of surgery opening hours, please contact the out of hours GP service, by telephoning 111.
Please help us by allowing 48 hours for repeat medication requests from the Dispensary.
Dispensing patients are invited to return any unused medication to the Dispensary for safe disposal.
Please let the Dispenser know if you have difficulty opening your medication so that any alternatives available may be considered for you.
PILL TRAY DELIVERY SERVICE
We are pleased to offer a pill tray service to any of our Dispensing Patients that need a little extra assistance with their medication. Patients utilising this service are able to have their pill tray delivered to their home each week.
Requesting new/alternative/additional medication
If you require additional, new or alternative medication - even if you have had these before for a similar complaint, please call the Practice between 8.00-11.00 Mon-Fri to discuss with one of our GP's, as we cannot dispense new medication without a consultation.
Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
